How do you normally teach your Cosmic Meditation Courses and retreats?
I teach both, cosmic meditation courses are generally 1 day or 2 day events from 10.30am -
4.30pm. Meditation Courses are held over a weekend starting Saturday Morning and
finishing on the Sunday.
What do you normally charge for Cosmic meditation techniques?
I normally charge £40 per day per person in the UK
Do you have long periods of meditation interspersed with
questions and answers?
Yes a mixture of guided cosmic meditation and silence. I also teach Babaji's Kriya Yoga
as he taught me and asked me to teach this in the west.
Kriya Yoga is not a posture based teaching, it is a series of breathing
techniques which open the heart and mind to soul realisation and God
consciousness.
Do you initiate by touching the eyebrow centre or some other ritual?
Yes, I initiate by touching the eyebrow centre and blowing which helps fire up
the energy
