What Joy! What Beauty! What a gathering.

On Michaelmass day we gathered dear pilgrim friends from over the years. How often we have walked a happy band over the cobbled causeway to St Michaels Mount. This year was a very spontaneous gathering – no phoning or organizing. It gathered itself the Divine plan swung into action, unrehearsed, free. We gather as 15 pilgrims, happy to meet, happy to join as a pilgrim band.

As we waited for the tide to go out and reveal the beautiful causeway, so it revealed itself from the living water, pristine, clean, shining. We washed our feet and walked forward. How many times do we look at our soul paths with such an understanding how many times do we think about and understand and cherish our path? As we walked, so we stopped and gathered on the causeway to remember our dear ones before. Sir George Trevelyan, Peter & Sarah Dawkins, countless pilgrims stemming 40 yrs or more, all walking the pilgrim path, with Gatekeeper.

The sun was hot, the water clean, the swans came by with royal beauty and dignity.
We entered through the gate and walked, circling the harbour, and up the steps to the private chapel of the St Aubyn family. Lord St Levan greeted us, as always, with such dignified warmth remembering so many past Michaelmasses so happy that, once again, a group had arrived. We remember the past when Lady St Levan was alive, her grace and beauty, the flowers she arranged and the charming welcome they gave us in their private rooms for a glass of wine after the church service so many times.

Lord St Levan’s nephew, James St Aubyn, and his wife greeted us also. They are the new custodians of St Michael’s Mount. The Church service was very splendid with the Bishop of Truro, the Bishop of St Germans and Dean of Truro and many clergy dignitaries to lead a grand service for the great Archangel Michael.

In these troubled times, it is so important to be aware of the great angelic realm. In the first hymn we sang about the worth and merit of the Archangel Michael, the Archangel Raphael, the Archangel Uriel and the Archangel Gabriel. We enter the sanctuary and the peace of our inner hearts, the temple of our inner selves, so we can open and call these great angels to come and help heal and bring peace to the world, help us in our lives to be happy and calm so that peace may prevail on earth.

The path to our inner realization is the same as the outer causeway. In meditation and prayer we enter the path of self realisation and God consciousness. As we cognite with the heavenly waters, so understanding and wisdom floods our minds and enlightens our thoughts. As the path to our souls opens up so the light of God speaks to us.

The outer causeway is the symbol of the inner path to self realisation. As the path of the causeway is washed so our personalities are washed, cleaned and the path revealed through the sorrow, hardship in the journey of our lives. Day in day out so the path of our personalities is washed until the excitements are honed and stilled. Then the inner path is revealed shining clean and fresh and beautiful each stone expressing the journey. The light of the sun behind the sun is revealed the initiation of life trials opening to the wisdom of God consciousness.

The service ended with

God be in my head and in my understanding
God be in mine eyes and in my looking
God be in my mouth and in my speaking
God be in my heart and in my thinking
God be at mine end and at my departing

Oh to be a pilgrim!

The explicit understanding of peace is a vibration from your Buddha nature. The mind is the creature that has to be controlled. The vibration of the mind which is the human nature, causes a great deal of stress and difficulty for people of this time. Those of you reading this message understand, and are led to the divine path of contemplation and meditation. We know that in the daily turmoil of human existence it is not always easy to keep the mind controlled. So the use of a mantra (and internal guidance) can stop the mind. For, as we know the mind is like a radio, and the words and bitter thoughts of the mind go out into the ethers and attack the person you are thinking about.

In India they call reciting mantras in the mind Jappa, so we send waves of God conscious thoughts in to the ethers instead. If we do this in our day to day lives, the Lord’s Prayer, the Serenity prayer, a peace poem what ever appeals to your heart, said over and over, whether we are harassed or not, will help the peace mission.

Kriya Yoga is one of the strongest practices we can do on the human plane. If we wish to enter the kingdom of heaven on earth this is the practice. As we enter into the inner planes so we enter the devine plan. the divine moment the alignment with duality passes and our understanding enters into the divine
moment. Doing the right thing at the right time with the right person in the right place.

The kriyas take us into the divine breath. This breath is in the moment, not the past not the future always the present. In the power of the present many truths and blessings can and do happen, we step into a place of complete freedom and surrender to the divine will. We become coconscious that our lower will and personality is directed by a greater power the God power ,we are not in charge we are not driving the car. When you meditate calm the mind and listen to the silence feel the peace, enter into God there is nothing else. We are one being I am you you are me, the earth, the sun moon and the stars tha planets are all inside you every living thing is there go within. Pray inside for help in your daily life God will answer .A look a smile God is looking at you through your neighbour Love thy neighbour as thyself.

Through the Kriya Yoga practice we enter more deeply into the inner heart which takes us into a place of sacred light and worship. We move out of our body into the quiet, say our mantras and prayers to keep the outer mind and heart quiet.

The sense of peace begins to expand and the peace within enters the world. The use and practice of the sacred Kriya Yoga is one of the most powerful and fulfilling practices we can do.
The seeding of the light is the part in the great divine mystery that is my job. I'm a gardener, I seed the garden. God is the instigator, the seed, I'm the gardener. I work as a servant to the divine will and cause.

At these times it is the people of the world gathering together together to emanate the light, love, understanding, beauty and harmony. This changes the world; it is up to each one of us to be the peace mission. We can change one breath, one love, one light.

Oh divine Lord open my heart
Seed my consciousness with your sublime radiance and love
May my breath be always in thy breath
May my soul be filled with light
May laughter radiate from my mouth
Love, joy and beauty from my eyes.
Oh divine angels come through us into the world to bless mankind
I bow to the Lord Amen.

Thank you for reading this with sublime love and radiance in your lives go forth.

If you wish to join me please phone 01736 787218.
The Kriya Yoga teachings and initiation can be for groups or one person.

It is now that we garden and seed it is living in the moment thats all there is.

You can change the world.
