8TH September 2008
On 8th September 2008 The Great Maha Avatavar Babaji resurrected from his
earthly form after a long and painful illness. His gift to mankind was not only
to initiate and seed enlightenment, but with the illness in his body, he
transformed and took the darkness and evil in the world. This was Babaji’s
crucifixion and these great Masters take on this degree of suffering for
humanity, like his brother Christ and the crucifixion.
He resurrected having agreed to do his earthly mission with the divine plan;
God’s plan. Babaji was a simple truly loving and caring Master. To all that were
called, he offered unstinting teachings, love and initiation. Whether it was a
Westerner from a city, a local Indian from the village, a Maharaja from a
palace, or a General from the army, all were welcomed alike. His message was of
self realisation and God consciousness and immortality. His message was of the
tragedies and wars that are sweeping
the world and how the poor sheep needed to find the light within themselves; the
God within.
He was written about in Parahamansa Yogananda’s “Autobiography of a Yogi” and
many of his disciples came back to him again and were initiated again to work
with him. He had many disciples who have been trained and are ready to serve the
cause for humanity along with his wonderful teachings. One of his greatest joys
was blessing families and he thought that one of the most important roles of a
woman was to be a mother and have children. He loved sharing the gifts with the
poor and needy and was always available. His disciples will be deeply saddened
but also know that he is deathless and immortal and has risen into a higher
state of consciousness, where He will continue to serve heaven and earth. Anyone
praying and calling his name will be heard and He will be there. He worked
closely with all the great Masters, Jesus Christ, Mohammed, Buddha, but the
greatest of all, that he bowed to and only to, was God.
We have all been truly blessed to have had him in our lives and thank him with
great gratitude and love.
