Meditation Self Realization teacher for the Maha Avatar Babaji

Latest Kriya workshops:

Swami Aliyananda Paramahansa

The purpose of these meditation techniques is to seed you with divine light, so that the light from your God consciousness will give you God realisation and immortality in these days of unrest.

This light will fill you, strengthen you and support you. The Mission on Earth is for PEACE. This mission is YOU.

By joining me and tuning into your heart, mind and soul, the peace of divine understanding can come into your day and your life.

It is not what I can teach you, it is what your God consciousness can teach you. In the heart of these meditation courses comes the awareness. Please join us.

I welcome anyone who wishes to learn Kriya Yoga Meditation. We have been given this wonderful opportunity to share in these God centred sacred teachings in this moment for the World Peace Mission.

All my love Aliyananda.

"I never really said thank you for teaching me meditation, I was so over whelmed but THANK YOU! You and your teachings have changed so much in my life that I am so grateful for! With love" Helen Bristol UK

Aliyananda met Babaji in India in 1997 after a twelve year search.
She studied with the master and took a pilgrimage with him and his disciples to the cave in Badrinath, which you may have read about in Autobiography of a Yogi.
Babaji commissioned Aliyananda to bring Kriya Yoga to the west initiating others into the practice as his disciple. Babaji took Aliyananda to meet His Holiness the Dali Lama in March 2003.
Together they discussed her work Gathering a World Peace Mission through Kriya Yoga.

Aliyananda is not unlike you or me. We are differentiated only by intention

Kriya Yoga is Babajis spiritual technique to build the light body the likeness of God.
Kriya Yoga is not difficult; it incorporates a breathing technique which properly oxygenates the body, and leads to a meditative state.
